Terms of Use

These terms govern use of PinayPromise, an adult-only dating app for relationship-minded adults in the United States and the Philippines.

Support: [email protected]. If you have an urgent safety concern, include the account email, profile or message context, and a short summary. Do not send passwords or payment card numbers.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an account.
  • You may not use PinayPromise if you are barred from dating, social, messaging, or payment services by law or by a prior safety restriction.
  • You are responsible for accurate account, age, profile, and billing information.

Adult dating and respectful conduct

PinayPromise supports respectful relationship-seeking between adults. You may not use the service for harassment, threats, hate, coercion, scams, spam, impersonation, trafficking, prostitution facilitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, grooming, underage contact, child sexual abuse material, or attempts to bypass blocks and moderation decisions.

Profiles, messages, photos, and calls

  • Profile content must be lawful, truthful enough not to mislead others, and suitable for an adult dating service.
  • Messages are server-readable for safety, moderation, support, and abuse prevention. PinayPromise is not an end-to-end encrypted messaging service.
  • Free accounts may load up to 2 profile photos. Additional photo slots require a paid plan or add-on entitlement.
  • Video calling is a planned paid add-on and may be unavailable until provider setup, entitlement checks, and safety proof are complete.

Paid features and native billing

Mobile digital purchases use native Apple App Store and Google Play billing. Promise Plus and add-ons may include expanded messaging, more photo slots, and future video calling where available. Subscription management, cancellation, and store-handled refund paths are controlled through the Apple or Google account used for purchase.

Paid features must not be treated as active until the app, store products, receipt verification, and entitlement reflection have been configured and tested for the applicable platform.

Moderation and enforcement

We may review, restrict, suspend, delete, or preserve account data when needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing support, policy enforcement, appeals, or audit requirements. Reports and blocks are private from the reported user except where disclosure is required by law or operational process.

Account deletion

You can request account deletion in the app or at pinaypromise.app/delete-account. Deletion affects active profile visibility, matching, messaging, entitlements, and retained records as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

PinayPromise may change features, limits, pricing, supported markets, providers, and safety processes as the product develops. Store submission, public launch, and paid product availability require separate review and approvals.
