Privacy Policy
PinayPromise is an adult-only dating app for users in the United States and the Philippines. This policy explains the data we use to run accounts, discovery, messaging, safety, payments, support, and account deletion.
Who can use PinayPromise
PinayPromise is for adults 18+ only. We are not child-directed and we do not permit minors to create accounts or use dating, messaging, photo, or call features.
Data we collect

How we use data
- Provide account access, profile setup, discovery, matching, messaging, and support.
- Enforce free and paid feature limits, including messages, photos, and future video calling where available.
- Review reports, blocks, underage concerns, scams, impersonation, harassment, and policy violations.
- Operate native Apple and Google billing for mobile digital purchases.
- Maintain security, fraud prevention, audit records, and legal compliance.
Messaging and moderation
Messages are server-readable for safety, moderation, abuse prevention, and support investigation. PinayPromise must not be described as end-to-end encrypted unless a future implementation and review prove that behavior.
Service providers
Supabase is the main backend processor for auth, database, storage, realtime, messaging, safety, moderation, entitlements, and deletion records. Mobile digital purchases use native Apple and Google billing. Apple Push Notification service is planned for iOS push delivery after credentials and proof. Android push, crash/analytics, identity verification, and video providers remain disclosure-gated until later provider packets prove them.
Deletion and retention
You can request deletion in the app or through the account deletion page. Deletion hides and scrubs active profile data, disables discovery, closes active matches, revokes active app entitlements, and removes messages from active visibility where the deletion lifecycle applies.
Some data may be retained for bounded safety, fraud-prevention, billing, tax, legal, appeal, support, audit, or incident-response reasons. Examples include reports, blocks, safety events, purchase records, and abuse-prevention records.
Your choices
- Use in-app settings to update profile, notification, privacy, and account controls as they become available.
- Manage mobile subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
