Community Guidelines

PinayPromise is for adults 18+ seeking respectful relationships. These guidelines define what belongs on the service and what can trigger moderation.

Safety contact: [email protected]. Report urgent underage, exploitation, harassment, scam, or impersonation concerns with the account email and relevant profile or message context.

Eligibility

  • Users must be 18+ and confirm age eligibility before dating surfaces.
  • Accounts suspected to belong to a minor are placed on moderation hold pending review.
  • PinayPromise is not child-directed and does not permit minors in profiles, photos, messages, calls, or support workflows.

Prohibited conduct

  • Harassment, threats, bullying, hate, intimidation, coercion, or attempts to control another person.
  • Scams, spam, solicitation, impersonation, deceptive identity claims, or pressure to move off-platform for fraud.
  • Sexual exploitation, trafficking, prostitution facilitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or explicit pornographic content.
  • Underage presence, child sexual abuse material, grooming, predatory behavior, or attempts to contact minors.
  • Attempts to bypass blocks, report outcomes, moderation holds, account restrictions, usage limits, or payment gates.

Photos and profile content

Profiles and photos should represent you safely and respectfully. Free accounts may load up to 2 photos. More slots require paid entitlement. Media review, authenticity checks, scam detection, and provider-backed moderation remain launch-readiness work and may affect availability.

Report and block

  • Profile and chat surfaces must include report and block controls.
  • Message-level surfaces must include report controls where available.
  • Blocking prevents discovery visibility between affected users and closes active matches.
  • Blocked users cannot pass contact gates for messaging, future calls, or future notifications.
  • Reported users cannot see reporter identity or report details.

Child safety

Underage reports and credible child exploitation, grooming, or child sexual abuse concerns must be escalated for moderation/legal review. Reported profiles are removed from discovery while underage review is pending.

Appeals and support

If your account or content is moderated, email [email protected] from the account email. Include a short explanation and do not include passwords, private payment data, or sensitive documents unless support specifically requests a secure process.
