Request account deletion
You can request deletion from inside the PinayPromise app when signed in, or by emailing support from the email address on your account.

What deletion does
- Hides and scrubs active profile data.
- Disables discovery visibility and closes active matches.
- Removes messages from active visibility where the account deletion lifecycle applies.
- Revokes active app entitlements and daily usage counters.
Safety and payment retention
Some records may be retained for bounded safety, fraud-prevention, legal, appeal, billing, tax, support, audit, and incident-response reasons. Examples include reports, blocks, safety events, purchase records, and abuse-prevention records.
